Sissukoni XI AARSissukoni XI was held in a relatively nice weather. Some showers kept the players inside and the strong winds on Sunday made the return trip a bit of an adventure. A total of 9 brave ASL warriors took part in the tournament, all from Finland. The tournament master, mr. Mikko Lukkari thought that it must have been the short notice that prevented many from participating. Next year, this problem will be avoided. All 5 rounds were played exactly as planned (on time), and there was a lot of fun for everyone. The only minor glitch was the fact that there were an odd number of players, so one of the players had to stay idle for each round. The Final Standings:6. Timo Kärnä 9. Jarkko Autio CreditsSissukoni Platoon Ry kindly thanks Mikko Lukkari for organising the tournament. Special thanks to Mr. Tommi Kangasmaa and the Finnish Defence Forces for the venue. The island gave this tournament that final touch. |
